A state that does not have to collect money
from its citizens needs fewer controls. Although its citizens still have to be
protected from criminal assaults, criminal potential will also decrease when
people are contented. In turn, the additional freedom has an impact on people’s
feeling of well-being, which means a further increase in quality of life,
happiness and contentment.
